From 0.8% to 3%+: A Coaching Course Sales Page Rebuild
The Problem
Authority Accelerator had a genuinely strong curriculum, four solid modules teaching coaches how to land consistent clients. But the sales page wasn't converting. At a ₦50,000+ price point, every lost visitor mattered, and the page was losing almost all of them: 0.8% conversion, well below the digital course industry average.
The issues were familiar ones:
- Generic bullet points that described features, not outcomes
- No social proof, nothing to make a stranger trust the claims
- Vague benefit statements that could've belonged to any course
The Strategy
We rebuilt the page around one principle: sales pages fail when they focus on what instead of what changes.
Transformation Angle + Specific Social Proof + Risk ReversalInstead of listing modules first, the new page opens with the transformation itself, who the reader becomes after going through the course, not what they'll sit through to get there.
The Copy
"Go From Invisible Coach to Booked Coach In 90 Days"
"A proven system for coaches who want consistent clients without constant networking or ads."
Why It Works
The headline creates emotional contrast ("invisible" vs. "booked") and it's time-bound, 90 days gives the reader a concrete timeframe to measure against, which builds urgency without hype.
The social proof uses specific revenue numbers instead of generic praise. "Great course, highly recommend" convinces no one. "₦80,000 to ₦180,000 in 3 months" gives a skeptical reader something concrete to evaluate.
